Decision First

Decision First operates the Lender Exchange platform which connects lenders and law firms for conveyancing related matters. We work with many of the UK’s largest banks/building societies including Lloyds Bank Group (and it’s various brands), Barclays, Nationwide, Santander and Coventry. We process around 750,000 mortgage offers each year and a similar volume or Redemption requests.

We strive to make the interaction between lenders and law firms easier by digitising as much of the interaction as possible; providing law firms with an ever richer dataset as well as streamlined processes to make the end to end conveyancing journey (from initial instruction to registered charge) more efficient.
