Severn Trent Searches joins Conveyancing Information Executive as Associate Member

The Conveyancing Information Executive (CIE) has today announced that Severn Trent Searches (STS) – part of Severn Trent Group has become an Associate Member of the trade body organisation.
Severn Trent Searches (STS) has been providing conveyancing searches since 2000. They act as official providers of the Law Society recommended CON29DW throughout the Midlands region as well as offering a range of searches from all industry leading names.
Owen Davies, Business Development Manager of STS, said, “STS is pleased to join Conveyancing Information Executive (CIE) as Associate Members, which complements our role within the Drainage & Water Searches Network. Collectively both trade bodies aim to deliver high standards of quality in the UK conveyancing industry.”

The overall purpose of the CIE is to raise data quality and content standards in property searches used within the UK conveyancing process. Its membership includes Argyll Environmental, Geodesys, Groundsure, Landmark Information, Ordnance Survey, PinPoint Information, SearchFlow, Ambiental, Glenigan, JBA Risk Management and Barbour ABI.
